About The Position

This role leads Growth & Lifecycle strategy and execution for DashPass, a high-priority marketplace business at DoorDash. The position involves partnering with a cross-functional team to drive customer acquisition, increase customer value and profitability, and create best-in-class customer experiences. The individual will be expected to leverage deep expertise and stay current with industry best practices, benchmarks, and innovative approaches.

  • Proven ability to create clarity and focus in complex and ambiguous problem spaces, demonstrating prioritization and pragmatism.
  • Demonstrated experience in building the team necessary to fulfill the strategy, including proactive involvement in recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Customer and experience orientation.
  • 10+ years of relevant management experience, ideally within a Marketplace or Subscription-focused business and/or founder experience.
