About The Position

Evolv’s mission is to help make places safer for people to live, work, learn, and play. We are looking for a global product marketing leader who can make Evolv’s value unmistakable across products, markets, and regions. The Director, Global Product Marketing will help define the next chapter of product marketing at Evolv. The role is anchored in three core areas of responsibility: core product marketing, new product/GTM strategy, and global expansion. You will own positioning, messaging, launch strategy, product proof, and market expansion narratives for a growing portfolio of AI-powered security solutions, helping customers, partners, analysts, and sellers understand Evolv’s value in existing and emerging markets.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical products into clear, differentiated positioning and buyer-ready content.
  • Strong competitive marketing instincts with experience building battlecards, objection-handling, comparison content, and sales plays.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and executive communication skills; able to create content that is clear enough for non-technical buyers and credible enough for security experts.
  • Experience partnering with Product Management, Sales, RevOps, Demand Gen, Customer Success, Communications, and Legal/Compliance.
  • Comfort working with data, customer proof, market research, and feedback loops to strengthen claims and improve enablement effectiveness.
  • Strong judgment: bold enough to sharpen the story, disciplined enough to keep claims accurate, contextualized, and defensible.
  • Manage direct reports, and ability to operate as a strategic, hands-on leader: able to set direction, align cross-functional teams, and produce high-quality assets quickly.
