Within Human Health, our Global Oncology Organization is recruiting for a Director, Global Oncology Marketing – Lifecycle Strategy, reporting to the Executive Director, Lifecycle Management (LCM). This highly visible role is ideal for a strategic, enterprise-minded leader who thrives on solving complex commercial challenges, influencing across functions, and translating bold ideas into tangible business and patient impact. The Director will help shape late-lifecycle strategy for a leading oncology portfolio and partner closely with global, regional, and cross-functional teams to advance priorities that matter for patients and the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles (marketing, access, insights)
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills; ability to influence without authority and collaborate successfully with business partners across the organization
  • Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and financial acumen
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS/PhD)
  • Prior oncology experience will be considered
  • Experience working with global regions and markets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global late-lifecycle strategy, partnering closely with regional teams to build capabilities, support implementation, and drive broad adoption
  • Optimize the global launch of the subcutaneous formulation by sharpening strategy, strengthening the narrative, and enabling pull-through across global, regional, and local markets
  • Lead development and delivery of global sales forecast guidance to inform strategic decision-making and portfolio planning
  • Collaborate closely with Global Market Access, IP/Legal, Manufacturing, Development and Regulatory (R&D), Competitive Intelligence, Forecasting, Finance, and other key partners to deliver meaningful progress against prioritized elements of the late-lifecycle management strategy
  • Ensure lifecycle management strategies and initiatives are grounded in robust insights and analytics across customers, competitors, market dynamics, and the broader healthcare environment
