As the Director, Logistics and Trade Compliance, you will architect and safeguard Everpure’s global supply chain backbone across the US, Europe, and Asia. You will own end-to-end logistics performance, balancing cost, speed, and carrier accountability. You will serve as the critical operational bridge between regional execution and corporate Tax, Legal, and Compliance. In this role, you drive market expansion and entity readiness across volatile trade landscapes, ensuring logistics execution scales seamlessly with zero regulatory compliance risk.

Requirements

Global Supply Chain Leadership: Expertise directing multi-regional logistics networks, freight forwarding, and 3PL performance management while optimizing freight spend at enterprise scale.
International Trade & Entity Enablement Expertise: Deep operational knowledge of import/export regulations, customs classification, valuation, and IOR/EOR frameworks in high-complexity global markets.
Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with corporate Tax, Legal, and Compliance teams to mitigate tariff risks, establish clear RACI models, and translate regulatory policies into seamless operational execution.
Data-Driven Performance Management: Command of supply chain analytics, KPI scorecards, and enterprise platforms (ERP/MRP/GTM, with SAP or SAP GTS preferred) to drive continuous improvement and end-to-end visibility.

Responsibilities

Drive End-to-End Logistics & Spend Optimization: Lead regional logistics execution, network capacity planning, and mode design to exceed delivery commitments while driving cost-to-serve efficiencies across freight lanes, 3PLs, and carrier contracts.
Manage Trade Compliance & Regulatory Risk: Execute compliant import/export, customs, and sanctions workflows; establish tariff mitigation frameworks and horizon-scanning mechanisms for high-volatility trade zones in tandem with corporate Tax and Compliance.
Enable Global Market Expansion: Architect and deploy proactive IOR/EOR playbooks and multi-country entity readiness models to support expansion into high-complexity markets across LatAm and the Middle East.
Strengthen Cross-Functional RACI & Governance: Partner with corporate Tax, Legal, Supply Planning, and Manufacturing to build a unified governance framework, aligning global policy with responsive regional execution.
Scale Global Operations & KPI Analytics: Implement Lean processes, global trade management (GTM) tooling, and real-time dashboard analytics to monitor freight performance, supplier scorecards, and audit readiness.
