About The Position

This role involves creating and executing the overall GHEOR plan for immunology assets, collaborating with key stakeholders across Clinical Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Statistics, Regulatory, and other relevant departments. Requirements

  • Advanced degree (such as MS, MPH, Pharm D, MD or PhD) preferably in a quantitative discipline such as epidemiology, health economics or health services research
  • At least five years of experience conducting outcomes research, health economics research, health services research, health technology assessment or conducting epidemiologic studies
  • Demonstrated scientific leadership, evidenced by peer-reviewed publications based on real world data studies, economic modeling, and patient-reported outcomes assessment
  • Capable of distilling the essential elements of complex issues for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Successful experience executing post-launch real-world evidence studies and operating in a highly matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Lead global health economic and outcomes research in immunology therapeutic area
  • Develop and execute innovative GHEOR plans including real world evidence generation, economic modeling, and patient-reported outcomes assessment
  • Identify opportunities and lead studies to differentiate and enhance value propositions of BMS assets
  • Direct efforts to support market access activities
  • Build relationships with key BMS groups to maximize opportunities
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships and visibility with external key opinion leaders in medicine, health economics, and outcomes research
