This role partners closely with the Wellness Marketing team to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives. As a trusted procurement business partner, this role ensures marketing investments, including media, agencies, digital, and creative services, deliver maximum value, align with category objectives, and comply with procurement policies. The Director, Global Category Wellness will report into VP, Head of Global Indirects Procurement and will partner with the Global Marketing team as well as the directs team to drive growth, and contribute to end to end innovation along with other Procurement, QSC and R&D colleagues, to support in the identification in opportunities to invest in the Haleon of the future. This role will be contributing to deliver end to end value from savings to innovation with visibility into both direct and indirect spend. This role has regional/global scope.
