As the Director of Global Benefits, you will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive benefits strategy that aligns with our organization’s overall business objectives and values. You will lead the design of global programs, lead the design and management of U.S. programs, and provide consultation on local programs. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Total Rewards, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
