Based in San Jose, CA, this role is part of a globally distributed organization responsible for enabling supply continuity and long-range capacity readiness. The position requires seamless collaboration with teams, suppliers, and partners across multiple geographies, along with the flexibility to support business-critical engagement outside of standard working hours as needed. At Cisco, capacity is much more than manufacturing capability. It is a strategic advantage that enables growth, strengthens customer commitments, and helps bring innovative Silicon One technologies to market. As Director, Global Capacity Planning & Strategy, you will build and implement the long-term capacity strategy that supports Cisco's Silicon One business around the world. Working across foundries, advanced packaging providers, substrate suppliers, assembly, test, and other key manufacturing partners, you will help ensure that our supply network evolves alongside customer demand, technology roadmaps, and business priorities. Reporting into Silicon Manufacturing Operations, you will partner across Cisco and our external ecosystem to anticipate opportunities, navigate constraints, and enable confident business decisions. You will also help redefine how capacity planning is done by using AI, automation, sophisticated analytics, and digital workforce technologies to develop the next generation of planning capabilities. This is an opportunity to influence the future of one of the industry's most strategic functions!
