SolarWinds is looking for a Director, Global Account Marketing to lead account-based marketing and outbound sales plays for priority accounts and key segments. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations, and is responsible for building coordinated programs that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, improve win rates, and drive measurable revenue impact. This leader will shape the outbound playbook and motion in partnership with Sales and BDR leadership, aligning plays to segments, personas, buying committees, and regional priorities. They will bring an AI and automation mindset to build an outbound motion that consists of scalable, repeatable programs that can be measured, forecasted, and optimized over time. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. They know how to turn market insight and sales feedback into clear plays, strong programs, and cross-functional execution. They are comfortable with messaging, experimentation, dashboards, attribution, pipeline reviews, and campaign performance, while also influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams.
