Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus.
- 12+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated depth in full‑stack engineering and system / application architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and the design of RESTful and streaming‑based APIs.
- Hands‑on experience delivering cloud‑native solutions, including microservices, containerization, and modern deployment patterns.
- Working knowledge of NoSQL and distributed data stores, selected and applied appropriately at scale.
- Experience leveraging AI‑enabled capabilities, including GenAI or ML‑driven services, to enhance developer productivity, system intelligence, or customer outcomes, with a pragmatic understanding of responsible use, scalability, and integration into enterprise platforms.

- Prior experience in securities, financial services, or modern engineering-first organizations is a plus.

- Apply strong engineering fundamentals across software design, data, testing, and distributed systems.
- Use AI-enabled tools deliberately across design, coding, testing, review, and documentation, while keeping strong human accountability for high‑risk decisions, verification, and final quality.
- Build software with a reliability‑first mindset, incorporating secure coding practices, observability, testing, and disciplined rollout/rollback strategies.
- Ensure production systems meet required levels of resiliency, performance, scalability, and operability.
