Reporting to the Sr. Director, US Franchises, the Director, Franchise Support is responsible for supporting, coaching, and inspiring Executive Directors across the United States, to drive BNI’s mission, vision, core values and code of ethics in pursuit of BNI’s strategic development plan. This role demonstrates a strong track-record for managing and growing a BNI franchise and excels in Key Success Factors such as: (i) new chapter launch, (ii) net growth in membership for existing chapters, (iii) retaining existing members, (iv) achieving superior levels of member satisfaction (NPS), (v) telling stories that drive action, and (vi) building high-performing teams. This role embodies BNI’s core values, is passionate about helping others, collaborative, personable, demonstrates strong communication skills, but also demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and strives for superior results and execution with excellence.
