About The Position

We are looking for a Director, FP&A who wants to be at the center of the action. You'll be the financial mind behind our entire go-to-market organization: partnering shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales and Marketing leadership, owning the strategic annual operating plan that fuels our growth across budgets, capacity, sales, and building the reporting and analytics that you and our executive team uses to make real-time data-driven resource and growth decisions. If you love turning data into clear actionable information ready for consumption and decisions at the executive and peer level, thrive on high stakes deadlines, and want to influence strategy at an exciting AI company, this is your opportunity. You will have real ownership, influence how the company measures and plans our GTM strategy, and not just be responsible for trending and reporting.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, ideally with time spent embedded in a GTM organization
  • Fluency in SaaS financial concepts including financial statements, accruals, COGs, CAC, LTV, Magic Number
  • Hands on experience in financial tools like Pigment, exceptional excel skills, and AI fluency
  • A track record of building models and reporting from scratch in a fast moving, ambiguous environment
  • High standards, attention to detail, and uncompromising drive for excellence
  • Proven ability to turn a dense analysis into a clear story that helps senior executives drive business decisions

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual planning and forecasting for GTM, relentlessly pressure-testing ROI, and turning strategy and priorities into executable resource plans
  • Build and manage sharp, dynamic financial models to capture sales capacity models, new markets, pricing moves, M&A, and investment trade offs that keep pace with our fast pace business
  • Partner with GTM leadership in monthly budget reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement and investment shifts
  • Own the sales reporting end to end, partner with Rev Ops to manage our data, and deliver the “why” behind the numbers
  • Work next to the executive team on board and investor materials, and scenario planning that stand up to hard questions
  • Join the CFO in banker and other external stakeholder meetings, tracking the competitive and market landscape
  • Be able to partner closely across the business to run and execute any future acquisition integration plans

Benefits

  • flexible work arrangements
  • offices all over the world to foster collaboration
  • generous PTO and sick leave
  • competitive benefits package aimed at keeping all our employees happy and healthy
  • robust employee resource group (ERG) network
  • manager development programming
  • professional development funds
