About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on an exciting challenge as an Account Management Partner with Kyndryl. In this role, you'll have the power to create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the very best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives. You'll be at the forefront of driving proactive account growth, focusing on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals to ensure our largest accounts continue to flourish. You will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies, leading to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and qualifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering tailor-made solutions. You will work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process from prospecting to closing deals. You will lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, driving new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners, you will pursue and conquer new deals. You will leverage your deep knowledge of external best practices and industry trends to provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a market leader. As an owner of the account P&L, you will take charge of customer satisfaction and ensure account compliance and integrity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience running account P&L
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
  • 7+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
  • Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
  • Sales experience in technical solutions
