About The Position

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this financial leader oversees the company’s planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis processes. The role partners with ORBIS executives, business leaders, and Menasha Corporation leadership to provide insights for strategic decision-making across multiple business units and global locations. It leads consolidated financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, supports strategic growth initiatives, and helps improve business performance across the organization. The position leads a finance team, including oversight of the Manager of Financial Reporting & Consolidations. It is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities. Periodic domestic and international travel may be required, and the ability to obtain a passport is required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements.
6–9+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience.
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling expertise.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
Strong business partnership skills and ability to influence decision-making.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead through complexity.
Experience coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
Ability to obtain a passport.

Nice To Haves

MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
Manufacturing or industrial finance experience preferred.
Experience with SAP, Hyperion FCCS, and business intelligence tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the organization.
Drive financial analysis, consolidation, and reporting to support business decisions.
Oversee consolidation of domestic and international financial results in accordance with GAAP.
Develop executive- and Board-level financial presentations and reporting packages.
Create and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, metrics, and financial models to improve visibility into business performance.
Partner with business leaders across global operations to understand results, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Provide financial insight and analysis for strategic planning and capital investment decisions.
Support mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion initiatives through financial analysis, due diligence, and integration activities.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors, corporate finance teams, and business stakeholders.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team, including oversight of the Manager of Financial Reporting & Consolidations.
