The Corporate Accounting and Reporting team leads the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of accounting close, technical accounting, and external reporting activities. The team partners closely with Investments, Asset Management, FP&A, Legal and other functions to ensure high quality financial accounting and reporting in a dynamic and transforming environment. About the Role The Director, Financial Reporting plays a critical leadership role within the corporate accounting function and reports to the Vice President, Assistant Controller. This role is responsible for leading the preparation of external reporting, ensuring accurate and complete disclosures in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements, maintaining and enhancing disclosure controls and processes in compliance with SOX framework and driving close to report transformation initiatives to support business success. The Director will play an active role in building and maintaining a high-performing team through focused coaching and mentorship, and strengthening cross-functional partnerships through meaningful collaboration.
