The Director – Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting is a highly visible role within USAP’s corporate finance organization and is responsible for leading key aspects of the Company’s financial reporting, technical accounting, consolidation, and reporting infrastructure. This role oversees the preparation of accurate, timely, and well-supported financial reporting, including monthly consolidating financial statements, intercompany eliminations, U.S. GAAP financial statements, footnote disclosures, and annual audit support. This individual will serve as a technical accounting and reporting leader, supporting complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, business combinations, purchase accounting, goodwill and intangible asset impairment, equity-based compensation, leases, and other significant accounting matters. The Director – Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting will also support the continued development of accounting policies, internal control documentation, reporting processes, and financial statement support designed to be scalable, audit-ready, and aligned with best-in-class public-company reporting expectations. As USAP continues to mature its reporting environment, this role will partner closely with the CAO, CFO, FP&A, tax, legal, revenue cycle management, platform CFOs, shared services, platform accounting, external auditors, and other business leaders to strengthen reporting quality, disclosure readiness, close discipline, SOX-readiness efforts, and cross-functional governance over financial reporting. A successful candidate will bring strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, analytical capability, leadership presence, and the ability to drive process improvement in a complex, multi-entity healthcare environment.
