About The Position

We're seeking a strategic finance leader who operates at the intersection of rigorous financial planning and large-scale construction. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with meaningful time embedded in construction, real estate, or capital project environments. They speak fluently in CapEx budgets, draw schedules, change orders, and contractor spend — and they've applied that expertise to projects of real scale and complexity. They understand the rhythm and nuances of construction finance, and they're energized by the challenge of translating ambitious physical visions into disciplined financial execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Construction Management
  • 6+ years of FP&A experience, with at least 3+ years supporting construction, real estate, or capital project functions
  • Strong understanding of construction finance fundamentals — project accounting, CapEx management, draw processes, and change order tracking
  • Advanced financial modeling capabilities
  • Proficiency in enterprise planning tools such as Hyperion & Oracle
  • Expert-level Excel skills
