About The Position

The Director, Finance leads Walmart’s Fulfillment Center labor-planning organization, overseeing the current operating process and transforming it into a more automated, data-driven capability. The Director leads a distributed team of Finance leaders and partners with Fulfillment Operations, Product, Data Science, Engineering, Forecasting, and People teams. The position drives adoption of the SCLO Platform and optimization capabilities, improves plan quality, reduces manual effort, strengthens plan-versus-actual execution, and shifts Finance capacity toward productivity, cost per case, service, and strategic workforce decisions. The team supports earlier and more precise workforce decisions across Walmart’s Fulfillment network by connecting operating and financial signals. It continues to operate the existing labor-planning mechanism while building its future state through optimization, automation, advanced analytics, and the SCLO Platform, using an embedded cross-functional model to deliver measurable business outcomes.
