Organization: SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley Position Overview: Acts as a liaison to each Foundation Finance Officer in establishing their operating budget target and makes recommendations for budget cuts needed to achieve targets; spreading of monthly operating budget targets to align with local entity recommendations. Provides leadership and direction for the financial decision support systems and reporting at Sutter Health. Manages and maintains cost accounting systems including system admin, data integration and auditing as appropriate. Supports the implementation and acquisition of new lines of business. Provide monthly/quarterly standard reporting and dashboards. Reviews, prepares, analyzes, and presents reports and recommendations to senior leadership regarding operations, programs, services, and/or other applicable areas of interest in order to provide concise and accurate information that aids in decision-making. Job Description: Please Note: While this position is listed as hybrid, regular in-office attendance is required. Candidates should be prepared to commute to the Sacramento office on a consistent basis to support team collaboration and business needs.
