About The Position

The ideal candidate has spent their career at the intersection of operational excellence and physical plant mastery, managing budgets with precision, leading teams effectively, and navigating the complexity of a major resort environment. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems before they arise. The position is for a major integrated resort opening, requiring oversight of strategic direction, day-to-day operations, construction and operational start-up execution, central plant, preventive maintenance, landscaping, outdoor recreational facilities, departmental budgets, capital expenditures, utility management, and a team of managers, supervisors, and staff. Compliance with health, safety, and building codes in a highly regulated environment is crucial. Bally's Chicago is a new $1.7 billion integrated resort on the Chicago River, aiming to set a new standard for hospitality and entertainment. Requirements

• At least five years as a senior facilities leader at a major resort hotel and casino
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA
• Ability to read a financial statement as fluently as a work order
• Leadership with accountability
• Intentional development of people
• Focus on results over activity

Responsibilities

• Strategic direction and day to day oversight of the full Facilities operation
