The Director, Facilities & Site Operations will lead a portfolio of complex, compliance driven sites across California, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and reliability. This role is suited for a leader with prior site management experience who is ready to scale their impact by developing and leading multiple site-level teams. The role is critical to delivering seamless workplace experiences, maintaining strong client relationships, while leading initiatives that focus on cost savings, process optimization, and continuous improvement, championing a world-class workplace environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This role carries full P&L responsibility and drives cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives and Integrated Facilities Solutions (IFS). The Director will build strong client partnerships, lead diverse teams, and foster a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability.
