About The Position

Responsible for the operation and management of the Facilities Department for the System. Provides leadership to all facilities managers, overseeing preventive and operational maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, buildings, grounds, and utilities in a safe, dependable, and efficient manner. Responsible for long-range planning, overseeing engineering services, annual and continuous budgeting, development & implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all AHJ and Joint Commission life safety standards. The director is responsible for directing all facility managers and the facilities call center.

Requirements

  • 6-9 years applicable experience
  • Cert Healthcare Facilities Manager - American Association of Healthcare Engineering
  • Associate Degree
