Under the direction of the Vice President of Food & Beverage, the Director of Food & Beverage Guest Experience is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously enhancing service standards across all Food & Beverage operations. This role ensures a consistently elevated and brand‑aligned guest experience through the creation of clear service standards, structured training programs, and ongoing operational evaluation. The Director partners closely with F&B leadership to integrate service expectations into daily operations, actively observes and evaluates performance in real time, and drives continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and accountability. This highly visible role is instrumental in advancing service delivery, strengthening team member engagement, and ensuring alignment with Foxwoods’ brand standards.
