This role oversees labor relations and managed care communications. The Director will develop strategies, plans, and campaigns that support business and growth objectives while minimizing risks. They will provide strategic counsel during issues or crises, partnering with Advocacy, Labor Relations, Internal Communications, and Marketing to drive strategic communications. This includes creating meaningful narratives and content, developing communication plans that drive results, and contributing to operational planning, coordination, and decision-making.
