Tepper Executive Education is seeking a Director, Executive Education Programs to provide strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of executive education programs, including assigned custom corporate client programs and open enrollment offerings. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Executive Education, the Director has responsibility for portfolio leadership, revenue growth, client relationship strategy, faculty engagement, business development, and team management. Executive Education is a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the Director role is responsible for leading assigned programs from opportunity development through design, delivery, evaluation, and renewal. This professional role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven, and highly organized critical thinker who thrives at the intersection of business, leadership development, higher education, and client service. The Director serves as a primary relationship manager and program impact storyteller for assigned corporate clients, faculty and strategic partners, internal stakeholders, and program participants. The role requires strong business acumen, consultative client management, collaborative team engagement, executive-level communication, the ability to translate organizational learning needs into high-impact educational programs and may require domestic and international travel in support of program delivery. In addition to managing a portfolio of programs, the Director will supervise at least one direct report and contribute to the continued growth, quality, and strategic positioning of executive education offerings.
