This role will play a critical part in building the capabilities needed to support evolving system, customer and consumer needs while accelerating our long-term growth ambitions. The Director, Execution Capabilities is responsible for developing a strategic capability roadmap for NAOU Bottler Partners and building scalable processes to identify, capture, and rapidly redeploy best practices across the system. This role partners closely with internal and external capability leaders to design and deploy a cross-functional capability framework across Commercial, Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Bottler Operations. The objective is to strengthen current capabilities while preparing NAOU Bottlers for evolving consumer expectations, future business needs, and emerging commercial capabilities over the next 3–5 years. A key priority for this role is leading the evolution, facilitation, and ongoing education of foundational capability programs, including Collaborating for Value (CFV), Collaborative Business Planning (CBP), and Effective Negotiations. The development of existing and future capability programs will be informed by consumer insights, emerging trends, and Coca-Cola growth opportunities aligned to our 2035 ambitions. This role will also work closely with Franchise teams to plan and execute bottler capability engagements and drive post-engagement capability action planning. Additionally, this role will leverage global best practices by identifying innovative capability approaches across Operating Units and Bottler Partners worldwide and evaluating opportunities to adapt and scale them within NAOU.
