About The Position

This role owns the Everise global events program end-to-end, encompassing strategy, execution, and ROI. Events are viewed as business drivers, aimed at building pipeline, deepening client relationships, and elevating the brand. In addition to event management, the position provides executive and personal support to the CEO while he is in New York City, with approximately 70% of the role focused on events and 30% on executive support. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, resourceful, and comfortable interacting with senior executives.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years in corporate or B2B events, ideally within the technology, CX, BPO, healthcare, or financial services sectors.
  • Experience spanning both events and executive support is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability in full-cycle event ownership, including strategy, budget management, vendor relations, logistics, on-site execution, and measurement, without reliance on delegation for core tasks.
  • Experience in executive-facing production for C-suite audiences, where attention to detail and flawless execution are critical.
  • A pipeline-oriented mindset and strong operational discipline, especially under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and discretion, with the ability to seamlessly transition between personal support and event logistics.
  • Technology fluency, including experience with platforms like Cvent or Splash, and Asana or Monday.com.
  • Established vendor network across key conference markets.
  • Must be based in New York City and available in person for CEO visits and key events.
  • Possesses a low ego and a high output work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Own the events strategy end-to-end, including the annual calendar, budget, prioritization, and ROI measurement.
  • Manage the company's presence at key conferences such as CCW, HLTH, and Gartner Symposium, transforming sponsorships into business development opportunities.
  • Design and produce proprietary events, including client dinners, executive roundtables, prospect briefings, and brand activations for C-suite audiences.
  • Manage the complete logistics lifecycle for events, covering venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, contracts, budgets, run-of-show, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and Brand teams to ensure each event has a clear objective, a defined target list, and a follow-up plan.
  • Report on event ROI, focusing on pipeline influenced, executive engagement, and sentiment, rather than just attendance numbers.
  • Manage CEO scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day arrangements during his time in New York City, in coordination with his PA.
  • Support the executive team at key events by preparing briefing materials and providing on-site coordination.
  • Anticipate needs proactively and handle all responsibilities with utmost discretion.
