Director, Euclid Blue

Euclid Power
$300,000 - $350,000Remote

About The Position

Euclid is hiring a Director to lead our Blue service line, which focuses on the highest-complexity, most relationship-intensive client engagements. Blue clients require a trusted operational partner to own outcomes across multiple work-streams within their portfolio. The Blue Director will scale this capability by directly managing and developing the Program Executive team, building the operational infrastructure for Blue's repeatability, and serving as the senior relationship holder and strategic partner for deeply embedded accounts. This role combines people leadership, operational building, and client advisory, requiring a focus on the overall system and team development rather than deep dives into single engagements.

Requirements

  • Deep fluency in utility-scale solar/BESS (DG/C&I preferred) at the deal level, with experience in portfolio development, capital deployment, acquisitions/dispositions, or project finance at a developer, IPP, or advisory firm.
  • Client presence that extends beyond delivery, with the ability to provide strategic perspective.
  • Instinct to help clients think through decisions.
  • Experience running or being closely involved with complex, multi-workstream programs.
  • Proven management experience developing senior individual contributors with strong coaching instincts.
  • Experience building systems and processes.
