About The Position

We are hiring a Director Strategic Accounts to combine the rigor of top-tier consulting with the drive to win multi-million-dollar deals at the world's largest industrial customers. You will work directly with C-level executives in automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, electronics, medical devices, and energy - shaping AI-driven engineering transformation programs that reset how the products of tomorrow are designed. Your opportunity: Be the founding member of SimScale's strategic enterprise sales function. Own and run strategic transformation programs at Forbes Global 2000 industrial enterprises. Partner directly with CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and VPs of Engineering on the shift from simulation-as-validation to AI-as-design. Build the C-level engagement playbook - and the team underneath it as the function scales. Operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial outcomes, with full visibility to founders and CRO.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in strategy or implementation consulting (Porsche Consulting, Siemens Management Consulting, Alten, Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, or similar).
  • Demonstrated industrial-sector experience (auto, aerospace, industrial equipment, electronics, medical devices, energy).
  • Track record originating and shaping multi-million-dollar transformation projects with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence; consultative selling instincts (not a pure quota-carrying enterprise seller).
  • Mission-motivated, founding-member energy: you build the playbook, you do not wait for it.
  • English required, German strong plus; willing to travel across Europe and to the US for key accounts.
