We are hiring a Director Strategic Accounts to combine the rigor of top-tier consulting with the drive to win multi-million-dollar deals at the world's largest industrial customers. You will work directly with C-level executives in automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, electronics, medical devices, and energy - shaping AI-driven engineering transformation programs that reset how the products of tomorrow are designed. Your opportunity: Be the founding member of SimScale's strategic enterprise sales function. Own and run strategic transformation programs at Forbes Global 2000 industrial enterprises. Partner directly with CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and VPs of Engineering on the shift from simulation-as-validation to AI-as-design. Build the C-level engagement playbook - and the team underneath it as the function scales. Operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial outcomes, with full visibility to founders and CRO.
