This role involves building and leading a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region. The Director will develop and execute sales strategies, understand the competitive landscape, and engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity management. Key responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and mentoring sales team members, developing territories and quotas, managing accurate forecasts and pipelines, and achieving annual sales goals. The role also requires engaging in C-level meetings to understand customer business requirements, building relationships with internal teams (Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners) and the ServiceNow executive team, and retaining/growing existing customer accounts through regular engagement to ensure an excellent customer experience.
