Advancing healthcare with heart www.terumoaortic.com Job Summary The Director, Engineering will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, overseeing engineering for variety of teams, which may include any combination of manufacturing, sustaining, , process improvement, process validation, and calibration and preventive maintenance with responsibilities for supporting high-quality medical devices within the healthcare industry. This leader is accountable for sustaining engineering quality, leveraging engineering best practices, and creating process improvements aligned with operational efficiencies, quality standards, and manufacturing excellence aligned with the growth of the company and advancement of our portfolio. The role will be responsible for end-to-end aspects of engineering, aligned with day-to-day operations, defining the strategic direction of the engineering team to drive and sustain business growth in accordance with the company’s overall business goals.
