We're looking for an experienced Director, Employee Experience to join our Human Resources team on a 6-month contract. This strategic leadership role will partner across the organization to strengthen employee engagement, enhance retention, and bring our culture to life through innovative programs, meaningful employee experiences, and leadership accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing & Communications, or a related field.
  • Seven (7) or more years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies across multi-site organizations.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive accountability and organizational change.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate employee data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience managing employee engagement and recognition platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies that reinforce our culture, mission, and core values throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing employee experiences.
  • Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to drive accountability for employee engagement and retention initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage employee experience technology platforms, including employee engagement, recognition, and rewards programs, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly experience.
  • Design, administer, and analyze employee engagement surveys, translating data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to develop, implement, and measure action plans that improve engagement and retention at both the local and organizational level.
  • Lead the development of wellness initiatives that support employees' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives that foster an inclusive culture where every employee feels respected and valued.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Marketing to strengthen our employer brand and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Monitor key retention and engagement metrics, identify trends, and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
