The Director of Employee Experience and Change Communications will define and execute a US associate engagement strategy in alignment with regional objectives and global priorities while fostering a culture of transparency, engagement, and inclusion. This role leads initiatives to enhance the employee experience and drive change management programs that support organizational transformation and business priorities. Position Location: This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site. Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of their monthly workday remotely. This role will not have the ability to be located remotely.
