About The Position

Our company is seeking a strategic leader to serve as the Director of Educational Solutions for our Corporate Office in Broomall, PA. This position will spearhead the development and execution of innovative sales strategies aimed at expanding our educational product offerings within schools, districts, and educational institutions. The Director of Educational Solutions will be expected to drive growth through dynamic outside sales efforts, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leveraging their expertise in B2B sales and technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven success in outside sales with a strong background in B2B sales, especially within education or technology markets.
  • Demonstrated management experience leading high-performing sales teams with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies relevant to educational products and services.
  • Experience with technology sales, including familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent business development capabilities to close complex deals.
  • Analytical skills to assess market data, customer feedback, and sales performance for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with a customer-centric approach to account management and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies targeting educational markets, including schools, districts, and educational organizations.
  • Manage and grow a team of sales professionals specializing in outside sales, account management, and business development.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the education sector to drive new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Provide leadership in technical sales discussions by translating complex product features into compelling value propositions for educational clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and new opportunities for growth within the education sector.
