About The Position

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape Ecological and Environmental Impact Assessment (EcoEIA) strategy and delivery across British Columbia, one of Canada’s most environmentally complex and highly regulated jurisdictions. As Director, Ecology & Environmental Impact Assessment – British Columbia, you will lead a multidisciplinary practice delivering terrestrial, aquatic, and marine biology; socio-economic assessment; Indigenous engagement; environmental planning and approvals; project management; and construction environmental management. A critical component of this role is driving operational excellence—establishing consistent, efficient, and high-quality delivery models across all service lines, strengthening project performance, and enabling scalable, sustainable growth across the region. Based preferably in Vancouver (with flexibility for Victoria, Kelowna, or Kamloops), this role supports major projects across the province, including energy transition, mining, transportation, water, infrastructure, and community development initiatives.
