About The Position

The Goddard School® located in Doylestown on Farm Lane is seeking a driven and experienced Center Director. At our School, we believe great leadership starts at the top. This isn't just about spreadsheets and schedules — it's about leading a team of teachers who are shaping the next generation. We want a leader who cares deeply about high standards, loves mentoring teachers, and wants to build a school community that families are proud to belong to. If you're ready to move beyond just managing and start truly inspiring, we'd love to hear from you! Our school is backed by a nationally recognized franchise system with 35 years of excellence — giving you the resources, curriculum and support of a large organization with the tight-knit feel of a local school. You'll have the autonomy to lead, the tools to succeed and a passionate team behind you every step of the way. As an owner-operated school, you'll have a front-row seat to the business side of running a Goddard School — a unique opportunity that could serve as a launchpad for owning your own School in the future. We invest in our people at every level. As Director, you'll also play a key role in shaping the next generation of educators at our school — mentoring Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers on their own career journeys. We are located in Doylestown, PA on Farm Lane, conveniently located to New Hope, Warrington, and Plumsteadville. As part of a larger franchise system, in operation for 35 years, we are the premiere spot for early childhood learning for children from six weeks to six years old. We have over 600 franchised Schools with more than 75,000 students in 37 states and Washington D.C. The Goddard School uses the most current, academically endorsed methods to ensure that children have fun while learning the skills they need for long-term success in school and in life. The joy of childhood comes from those bright sparks of discovery -- moments that delight and surprise us. Your career at The Goddard School can be just as exciting. For more than 35 years, Goddard Schools have put each teacher at the heart of everything we do because teachers put each student at the heart of everything they do.
