This role is responsible for leading the product or portfolio strategy, establishing a long-term vision for brand structure, and setting direction for product-specific marketing campaigns. The position involves predicting industry trends, analyzing the competitive environment, and evaluating the impact of marketing strategy on the P&L. The Director will develop organizational direction for sales channel strategy, foresee market and competitive factors, and play a key role in business development initiatives. This role also involves championing technology, organization, and culture changes, as well as identifying and managing emerging business opportunities. A significant part of the role includes leading a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance environment, and driving business results.
