About The Position

Billings Public Schools is seeking a dynamic, people-first Director of Dining Services to help lead a large K-12 dining programs. Reporting to the Resident District Manager, this leader will support dining operations across 35 schools and over 16,000 students enrolled. You will be partnering with Executive Chefs and a team of 100+ employees (union & non union). We're looking for someone who is incredibly engaging, visible, and upbeat—someone who loves being out in the schools, building relationships, coaching leaders, and energizing teams. Requirements

Three plus years of foodservice management experience.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in Food Services/Management/Hospitality/Culinary/Nutrition necessary or equivalent experience preferred.
Knowledge of high-volume food production is preferred.
Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
