Chartwells K12 is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Director of Dining Services to lead all food service operations for Pilot Point Independent School District in Pilot Point, TX. In this high-visibility leadership role, you’ll oversee dining services for approximately 1,600 students across four campuses, driving excellence as we launch and grow a new K-12 partnership. You’ll set the tone for a positive, student-centered culture—leading, coaching, and developing a dedicated team while ensuring exceptional service, compliance, and financial performance. This is a hands-on, client-facing position for a leader who thrives in the field, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and leads by example. You’ll take ownership of daily operations—from team engagement and training to budgeting, HR processes, and program innovation—while maintaining a consistent presence across all schools. Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in Food Services/Management/Hospitality/Culinary/Nutrition necessary or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Three plus years of foodservice management experience, prefers K12.
  • Knowledge of high-volume food production is preferred.
  • Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
