About The Position

We are seeking a strong, results-driven Director of Dining Services to lead a high-profile corporate dining account in Sunnyvale, CA, generating over $10M in annual revenue. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven multi-unit operational experience, capable of overseeing multiple dining locations, driving financial performance, and delivering an exceptional client and guest experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong financial acumen, and a passion for hospitality, along with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, innovative corporate environment. Experience managing complex, multi-site operations within corporate dining or hospitality is essential to ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence across the account.

Requirements

BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
High volume production and catering experience is essential
Previous experience managing a budget
Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Responsibilities

Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
Roll out new culinary programs
