We're looking for a Director who can help lead what Cobalt builds and how it shows up in the work — a hands-on technology and innovation leader who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and applied AI.

Responsibilities
- Help shape and execute the product roadmap for Cobalt's AI offerings — capability priorities, releases, and adoption across client engagements
- Set the bar for delivery for Engineering, applied AI, and data science teams
- Work hand-in-hand with creative, content, strategy, and media leaders to embed AI and technology into the work
- Be in the room with senior pharma marketers — pitches, brand-planning sessions, and conferences — explaining what Cobalt's AI and technology can do for their brands and campaigns
