The Director, Digital Content Strategy leads the development and activation of digital‑first creative strategies that build brand equity and drive business performance aligned with Personal Health Care growth goals. This role brings senior‑level creative leadership across strategy, production, and optimization—owning creative vision, scalable systems, and ways of working to ensure creative investments work in tight synergy with Brand, Media, Performance Marketing, and PM disciplines. The Director acts as a creative authority and integrator across Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned touchpoints, ensuring creative excellence delivers both brand impact and measurable growth outcomes.
