Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital channel management, or related fields with progressive leadership responsibility
  • Expertise in enterprise marketing platforms and scaling digital capabilities
  • Strategic understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications in marketing; demonstrated curiosity and appetite to drive AI adoption and change management
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills—ability to influence without authority and navigate competing priorities
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect digital initiatives to measurable business outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or highly-regulated industries
  • Background in digital product development
  • Experience managing advisor-facing or B2B2C digital platforms
  • Exposure to emerging digital channels (social commerce, influencer platforms, programmatic advertising)

Responsibilities

  • Own and Optimize Digital Channel Ecosystem: Lead strategy and execution across digital marketing channels for WMC advisors and counselors, including advisor websites and social media, email marketing, prospecting platforms, podcasts/video platforms, and emerging channels. In collaboration with MarTech teams, ensure platforms deliver exceptional advisor experiences and drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Innovate and Build New Capabilities: Identify emerging digital opportunities and bring them to life. Balance managing existing channels with the mandate to experiment, test, and scale new solutions that meet evolving advisor and client needs.
  • Drive AI Strategy and Adoption: Champion artificial intelligence as a strategic differentiator for advisor marketing and internal productivity. Scale active AI pilots into production, identify new AI opportunities, and lead change management to drive adoption across the marketing team and advisor network. Position WMC as an AI-forward organization.
  • Collaborate Across the Matrix: Maintain accountability to connect with the Enterprise Digital team, Global Digital Team, and WM Digital MarTech Team to represent the requirements of WMC Marketing (both Firm & Advisor) and ensure connectivity to OneWM and OneRBC MarTech approaches, leveraging our scale. Collaborate frequently with the advisor field for feedback.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage and mentor a team of marketers. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.
  • Report on Impact: Consolidate performance metrics across channels and deliver insights that will inform strategy.
