This role is for an experienced trading operations manager with automated trading and middle and back office experience, responsible for leading US and Bahamas spot and derivatives exchange operations, and building and maintaining an internal trading desk.

Requirements

Experienced running middle/back office trade operations for a brokerage or crypto exchange.
Built and managed a globally distributed customer service focused team providing world-class 24/5 service coverage.
Experience trading crypto professionally.
Experience in US crypto regulations.

Nice To Haves

Quant research or have previously run a trading desk.
Entrepreneurial experience as co-founder / founding team of a startup.
Operated within a SOC 1/2 Type 2 certified environment.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a globally distributed team of trade ops associates providing 24/5 service coverage.
Directly engage with customers, providing world-class service.
Review, identify and resolve trade differences.
Process trade corrections and cancellations.
Inventory account reconciliation.
Provide input into new procedures and processes as well as revisions to existing operations procedures and processes.
Manage the internal trading desk (market maker) and work with engineering to build and monitor trading systems performing automated hedging strategies.
Manage global fiat banking relationships.
Maintain relationships with liquidity providers, token projects, and vendors.
Assist with financial and regulatory audits.
Work closely with engineering to bring industry-leading crypto products to market.
