About The Position

The Data Center Infrastructure organization at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is responsible for delivering the global capacity that powers Oracle Cloud and AI services. As OCI continues to expand its worldwide footprint, the organization delivers hyperscale and gigawatt-scale campuses through coordinated execution across real estate, engineering, construction, networking, security, commissioning, and operations. The End-to-End Infrastructure Delivery team provides executive leadership and governance across the complete lifecycle of OCI data center delivery. The team ensures capacity commitments are delivered predictably while aligning hundreds of cross-functional stakeholders, driving execution consistency, mitigating enterprise risks, and continuously improving delivery performance across Oracle's global portfolio.

Requirements

Executive leadership experience in program management within data center infrastructure.
Experience in global capacity delivery for hyperscale and gigawatt-scale campuses.
Proficiency in coordinating execution across real estate, engineering, construction, networking, security, commissioning, and operations.
Ability to ensure predictable delivery of capacity commitments.
Skill in aligning hundreds of cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience in driving execution consistency.
Capability to mitigate enterprise risks.
Proven track record of continuously improving delivery performance.
