About The Position

This is a leadership role at the intersection of AI product management, domain-driven data architecture, and wealth management transformation. The role involves defining and owning the Data & AI product portfolio to enhance Financial Advisor productivity, client intelligence, and revenue growth. The position operates as a Product Owner, responsible for vision, roadmap, and outcomes across Data Products, AI Products, and Data Models. This role is central to a modern Data & AI operating model, connecting Digital Experience, Business, and Technology, with a focus on building, testing, and scaling capabilities while adhering to enterprise architecture and governance standards. Success is measured by product adoption, trust, and measurable business outcomes such as FA productivity, client growth, and risk reduction.

Requirements

  • Proven AI Product Ownership experience (ideally from organizations like Meta, Amazon, Block Inc., or Morgan Stanley)
  • Demonstrated ability to own and ship AI/ML-powered products end-to-end
  • Strong experience in product management disciplines: Roadmapping, backlog ownership, prioritization, Defining KPIs and driving measurable outcomes
  • Deep understanding of data product concepts: Domain-driven design, Data modeling (conceptual/logical alignment to products), Data quality, lineage, and governance
  • Experience building AI-driven workflows or agentic systems
  • Ability to operate as both a Strategic leader and Hands-on individual contributor
  • Strong stakeholder management across business, engineering, and architecture

Nice To Haves

  • Wealth Management or Financial Services experience (advisor workflows, client lifecycle, portfolio insights)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and AI integrations
  • Exposure to knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, or explainable AI frameworks
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, real-time + analytical integration)
  • Background in multi-agent orchestration or AI platforms
  • Experience working in matrixed, regulated environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the Data & AI Product Lifecycle (End-to-End), including defining and executing product vision, strategy, and roadmap; translating business needs into scalable product capabilities; and managing the product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
  • Act as a True AI Product Owner, writing and prioritizing product backlogs, defining product requirements, partnering with engineering teams, and making trade-off decisions between vendor capabilities and internal builds.
  • Lead Data Product & Modeling Strategy, ensuring products are built on trusted, governed, and reusable data assets, driving standardization of data definitions, lineage, and quality, and elevating data to operable products.
  • Deliver AI Products that Drive Advisor Productivity, owning use cases such as advisor copilots, client intelligence, and automated insights, ensuring AI products are explainable, trusted, and embedded into advisor workflows.
  • Drive Adoption & Value Realization by defining and tracking success metrics, ensuring active product usage, partnering with field leadership and advisors for embedding products, and iterating based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performance Team, managing a team of product managers and analysts, operating as a player-coach, and establishing strong product management discipline and culture.
