DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: Being a member of CISO team, the Cyber Security Platform Delivery Director is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery, modernization, and operationalization of enterprise cyber security platforms within a highly regulated financial services environment. This role provides strategic and hands‑on leadership to ensure security platforms are delivered predictably, securely, audit‑ready, and at scale, while reducing measurable cyber risk. The Director partners closely with Cyber Security Engineering, Architecture, Risk & Compliance, Technology Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure security platforms are implemented effectively and integrated into the broader technology ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years in Cybersecurity
  • Zero Trust experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead leaders and influence without direct authority
  • Exceptional delivery discipline in regulated environments
  • Executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong risk‑based decision‑making and judgment under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of cyber security engineering initiatives from intake through production and operational handoff
  • Translate security strategy, regulatory requirements, and risk priorities into executable technical delivery plans
  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to security objectives
  • Manage delivery across multiple concurrent security initiatives (e.g., cloud security, vulnerability management, endpoint, IAM, container security)
  • Partner with Cyber Security Architects and Engineering Leads
  • Validate technical designs are secure, scalable, and operationally supportable
  • Ensure solutions align to security architecture standards and control frameworks
  • Understand enough of the technical detail to: Challenge assumptions Identify delivery risks
