We are seeking an experienced Director to build and lead our cybersecurity product and alliances capability. This role will define the firm’s strategy for partnering with leading cybersecurity technology providers and drive the commercialization, resale, and implementation of those solutions within our consulting offerings. This leader will operate at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and delivery, establishing scalable offerings that enhance client outcomes and generate new revenue streams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, product strategy, or alliances
  • Proven experience building or scaling partnerships with cybersecurity technology vendors
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity product landscape (e.g., SIEM, EDR, IAM, cloud security, etc.)
  • Experience with reseller models, channel partnerships, or product commercialization
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue through partnerships or solution offerings
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in both strategic and hands-on execution roles

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the firm’s cybersecurity product and alliances strategy
  • Identify priority solution areas (e.g., identity, cloud security, MDR, GRC tools, etc.)
  • Establish the operating model for product partnerships, resale, and implementation
  • Build business cases and GTM strategies for new offerings
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic cybersecurity technology partners
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, including reseller and implementation rights
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans with partners
  • Manage executive relationships with key alliance stakeholders
  • Develop packaged service offerings integrating partner technologies
  • Enable sales teams with positioning, pricing, and competitive differentiation
  • Collaborate with account teams to drive pipeline and close opportunities
  • Own or contribute to revenue targets tied to partner solutions
  • Stand up implementation capabilities, including methodologies and playbooks
  • Align with delivery teams to ensure successful deployment of partner technologies
  • Oversee certifications, training, and capability development
  • Ensure quality and consistency across implementations
  • Work cross-functionally with cybersecurity leaders, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Mentor team members and build a high-performing alliances capability
  • Serve as a thought leader internally and externally on cybersecurity solutions and trends
