About The Position
The Director, Cybersecurity Engineering provides strategic counsel to senior executives and develops multi-year security strategies aligned with business goals and long-term objectives. The role determines effective approaches to complex security challenges, resolves high-impact security issues, and drives innovation in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position shapes the future security technology roadmap and vision to support business growth and competitive advantage. It leads the development and execution of key components of the multi-year security strategy and inspires teams to pursue innovative solutions aligned with security strategy and business objectives, while fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of experience leading others.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior executives and shape multi-year security strategies aligned with business goals and long-term objectives.
- Determine methods and strategies for addressing complex security challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance the organization’s security landscape.
- Identify and resolve unique, high-impact security challenges and develop innovative solutions that influence the organization’s security framework.
- Drive the future technology roadmap and shape the security vision to support business growth and competitive advantage.
- Lead development and execution of key components of the multi-year security strategy.
- Inspire and motivate teams to pursue innovative solutions aligned with security strategy and business objectives, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
