About The Position

The Director, Cybersecurity leads the Privileged Access Management (PAM) team within Identity and Access Management (IAM), delivering enterprise controls for access to critical infrastructure and applications. The role provides leadership and guidance to senior cybersecurity colleagues and leads high-performing teams in the strategic development and enterprise-wide implementation of cybersecurity frameworks and strategies. The Director will lead professionals in architecting and operating PAM controls across the enterprise, and establish a vision for transforming PAM through the implementation of Agentic AI.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or comparable experience.
Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices; network and application security; threat modeling; IAM; cloud security management; global regulatory requirements and industry standards; data security management; network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP; security architecture management; security governance and operations; security testing and remediation; data engineering; and cybersecurity technologies, risk management, threat intelligence, and incident response.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating security tasks.
Technical expertise in multiple relevant technologies, including enterprise architecture frameworks, cybersecurity protocols, and operational best practices.
Experience in a senior cybersecurity leadership role.
Experience in leadership and mentorship, fostering continuous learning and professional development.
Experience designing and implementing advanced security architectures in large, complex organizations.
Experience collaborating with senior leadership to align security strategies with business goals.
Experience with common Privileged Access Management tools, including password vaults, session managers, and server-level authorization controls.
Experience engineering solutions using Generative or Agentic AI, including agents to automate functions and custom GPTs to speed assessments and audit responses.
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).

Maintain relationships with external partners and regulatory bodies to stay current on cybersecurity trends and regulatory requirements.
Engage and influence organizational stakeholders to prioritize and implement critical security recommendations.
Collaborate with product and business teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Lead a team of professionals in architecting and operating enterprise Privileged Access Management controls.
Establish a vision and lead the transformation of Privileged Access Management through Agentic AI implementation within PAM controls.
